Start with the problem
I don't start by picking a framework. I start by understanding what needs to be solved, who it's for, and what a successful outcome looks like.

Build for the real world
A product has to work beyond the happy path. I plan for failure, latency, and edge cases from the start-not as fixes after something breaks in production.

Keep complexity intentional
I prefer simple systems that are easy to understand and evolve. Every abstraction, dependency, and architectural decision should earn its place.

Tools don't get to lead
Whether it's a full-stack application, commerce experience, or AI workflow, I choose technology to make the product better-not simply because a new tool is available.
